I have a background in general nursing, palliative care and welfare. I qualified as a Relaxation Massage Therapist with ITEC at the Wilbury School of Natural Medicine, Hove in 1989. Shortly after I studied to practitioner level in Reflexology (1990) and for a Diploma in Aromatherapy (1993) and Indian Head Massage (2005). After my three children had grown up a bit, I added to my training with specialist courses for the Mind and Body . These include : Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), Therapeutic Hypnotherapy, Preconception and Pregnancy Reflexology and Massage technique’s. Natural Face lift Massage, Reflexology lymphatic drainage (RLD), Cancer Care Reflexology and Massage Soul Midwifery level 1 (support for end-of-life care for client and family ). Living with Dementia, communication skills. All my clients are treated holistically and a brief consultation exploring past and present health history is required to enable the correct treatment to be given.
